We are a firm believer in giving back to our local communities and support a variety of youth and sport oriented causes. We are also proud to be affiliated with Compassion International. All sponsorship/giving requests must be received in writing or email no less than 30 days prior to the event and should include the following information:

• Business or organization information (name and mission)
• Contact person (title, address, phone, fax, email)
• Event information (description, date, time, location, goals, who it benefits, target audience, activities taking place)
• Proposed sponsorship cost: indicate cash and/or product donation
• The time frame of the sponsorship (single event, seasonal, year-long, etc.)
• Listing of the marketing benefits available (signage, logo placement, P.A. announcements, etc.)
• Information on what other sponsors are involved
• Is product exclusivity being offered?
• List any media outlets that will be involved. Are media benefits available?
